1. Who we are

WhichSpecialist ("we", "us") is an independent research service operated from Istanbul, Türkiye. You can reach us at hello@whichspecialist.com.

2. What the service is — and is not

We prepare a written report that helps you find and contact specialists with experience in a condition or operation you name, using publicly available sources (published research, institution web pages, public quality data, patient communities).

Not medical advice. The report is general information. We do not identify or confirm any condition, do not recommend treatments, and do not create a doctor–patient relationship. Treatment decisions belong to you and your doctors.
Not for emergencies. If you have an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.
No paid listings. No doctor, hospital or company pays to appear in a report, and we receive no referral fees.
Public information can change. We check each specialist's current institution page within days of preparing your report, but appointments, phone numbers and affiliations can change after delivery. Always confirm directly with the institution.

3. Ordering and delivery

You submit a request. We confirm by email whether we can cover your situation and send a secure payment link. Prices are shown on the site in US dollars and are charged once; there is no subscription. We deliver the report as a PDF by email within 3 business days after payment. If we cannot deliver within that time, we tell you and you may cancel for a full refund.

4. Support and refunds

14 days of questions: reply to the delivery email with questions about your report for 14 days after delivery.
Day-30 check-in: about 30 days after delivery we email you. If you could not get an appointment with any specialist in your report, we research new options once at no charge.
Not helpful: if the report is not helpful, tell us within 7 days of delivery. We redo the research once at no charge. If the revised report still does not help, we refund the full price.
Not delivered: if we cannot deliver a report, we refund the full price.

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — we will resolve it directly.

5. Your responsibilities

Please give accurate information and do not include names, dates of birth, record numbers or other identifiers we did not ask for. You must be 18 or older to order; a parent or guardian orders for a child.

6. Availability

The service is currently not offered to residents of the State of Washington.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a report is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for decisions made by you, your doctors or any institution named in a report.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. The terms in effect when you order apply to that order.
