The condition name and notes are health information. We collect it only with your consent (the box you tick before submitting) and only to prepare your report.
Only service providers we need to run the service: database hosting (Supabase, servers in the EU), email delivery, our payment processor, and AI research tools used to draft your report. When we use AI tools we send the condition name and location, not your email address.
We keep your request and report for 12 months after delivery so we can answer follow-up questions and handle refunds, then delete them. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires.
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent, at any time: email hello@whichspecialist.com. We reply within 30 days. Withdrawing consent before delivery cancels the order with a full refund.
We operate from Türkiye and our database is hosted in the European Union. By using the service you understand your information will be processed outside the United States.
The service is currently not offered to residents of the State of Washington.
If we change this policy in a way that affects health information you already gave us, we will ask for your consent again.
